Interesting lady but dare I say a bit disturbed? I guess that's what makes a successful artist.  Maybe not disturbed but definitely a little twisty on the inside.  However she seems very intuitive and I like what she was saying in the beginning about life and purpose.

I believe that all artists are disturbed. If they weren't, they wouldn't be making any good stuff. lol

hmmm. NICE.

Two interesting points:

1. The bit about the cities and the whole letter bit. Very hmmmmm.

2. COULD SHE PLEASE TELL US WHAT THE FRACKIN SICKNESS WAS THAT SHE KEEPS TALKING ABOUT?? I HATE THAT WHEN I HEAR 'HEAR THE BELLS' I'M ALWAYS HAUNTED BY THIS SICKNESS.
Ok. No more ALL CAPS.

But what does she mean by health deteriorating? Why is she so cryptic? Vanessa please please please let this be something blah. Nothing serious. Why would her stomach ache? Up the stairs and the third floor?

Why?

Joey, I think she's choosing to keep that private. She's allowed to. And, a few months ago, there was an awkward interviewer that asked if she had some sort of depression, and V said yes. Maybe that's the illness. If so, it's understandable why she keeps it to herself.

Yea, we should let her keep to herself on this one(:

I think this is really great (especially seeing after that review), as I became a fan in similar way around 5 years ago.  I had heard 'A Thousand Miles' about a thousand times and hadn't really taken an interest in V, but when I happened upon 'Paradise' on a youtube video I became slightly interested. So I went to see the reviews for BNN on Amazon, and before reading them, saw a new copy for only $0.99. At that price, I thought 'why not?' and it arrived four days later. I haven't stopped listening to V since.

Maybe this $5 opportunity can give another non-fan/Nh/Phantom Friend a chance to discover V and convert. : ) But anyways, this deal has been extended as I have updated.. I'm gifting this to friends for x-mas.. Please gift this to other friends/fans who haven't bought the album yet! You have a full month to do so.

such a good idea.  I'm going to buy one for my sisters and mother (that's 4 people so $20 is not bad for christmas gifts!)

I second this. It's such a pleasant arrangement; I'd love to be able to play it. Many thanks if anyone decides to do this.

I can make out most of the rhythms and some of the chords, but some sheets would really make it complete. (:
