I feel like that too. If I don't run for a few days I start freaking out.


It's okay I don't run to lose weight I run because I love it. I do get a little freaked when I don't run but I only do 2 miles on a normal day, and I run cross country during season. I'm not so much concerned about becoming overweight, to me its about being healthy. I would never want people to see me and think I was sick. My heart is in great condition and I hope to keep it that way.    

I also run as a stress/negative energy reliever.  

Me too, it's definitely a bonus that it keeps you in shape but it's so therapeutic! Whenever I'm stressed or upset or anything I always feel better after I run, it kind of makes me feel like I've done something about it I think...

i love running so much, it's so therapeutic. i think it was vanessa who got me into it a bit more actually! i've been doing it for a couple of years now but i remember being inspired to keep it up when she was running the marathon and things

i love it, i get a bit tired of it when it rains for days and days, (bloody english weather etc etc) but i love it when it's one of those massive summer rainstorms and after like 2 minutes of walking down the road you're so rained on you might as well have jumped into a lake!

Hey, I'm sure loads of you know this because of my like, incessantly asking you to listen to my songs, but I'm a singer and songwriter, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with making and designing a website? I have the domain name, and a myspace, but they both look rubbish and completely unprofessional. This summer I'm releasing my first EP so I need to do loads of promotional stuff and I don't want everyone to have to come and see what they look like now! Could anyone help? I would be so so grateful as I have no idea what I'm doing.... thank you in advance! x x x

Idk why I did not see this. I like responding to the stuff people post that isn't just lyrics. Very cool. I like the guitar part a lot. Were you using a better guitar mic than vocal mic? The two don't sound on par with each other. Vocal mic sounds a little bit less polished, but you still sound pretty

Do you know The Be Good Tanyas. It's got a little bit of the same sort of feel, but a bit less folk, more alternative.

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it I'm not sure about the mics; this recording is from when I played on the radio so they just set two mics up in front of me and I sang! I haven't heard of the Be Good Tanyas, I will check them out, I love hearing about new music x x

Wow, thank you! That makes me grin, it's so nice to hear I am trying to get signed at the moment; I got a production deal last year and we've just made this EP which is being released this summer, and it will be on on itunes too, it's called Morning Better Last. We're going to send it to record companies as well and hope they like it x
