I am listening to a leaked version of the album, and it sounds okay.

The only thing I really dislike about it is her covers of 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' (completely botched it) and 'Four Walls' (I like Cheyenne Kimbal's version better).

Loving the remix of See You Again

Much as it pains me to say it, 7 Things is starting to really grow on me.

I'm interested to hear what the rest of her album sounds like...

So yeah. Help?

Those songs creeped me out big time.

I find it really bizarre though, that they used to be sort of mourning objects, used to remember dead people in Elizabethan times (apparently the English were really obsessed with death in the 19th C)

I don't get it. What do Elizabethan times have to do with the 19th century? Are you talking about Victorian times?

ACK yes. Whoops...

Yeah, those brooch things pop up from time to time at jewelry stores. They're pretty.

I find it really bizarre though, that they used to be sort of mourning objects, used to remember dead people in Elizabethan times (apparently the English were really obsessed with death in the 19th C) so the picture in the center was made in the likeness of a dead person. And now they're manufactured in bulk as a fashion accessory.

It's a bit creepy and I try not to think about it too much.

and why did they drop the exclamation mark?

I think it was cos they didn't originally have the exclamation mark in their name in the first place...it just started creeping in when they started out and so they stuck with it...until now. The phrase "fun with punctuation" was used.

Anyway, it got a little getting used to, but I definitely appreciate Pretty. Odd. It has some kick-ass songs, even though overall, I don't think it's lyrically as good as A Fever You Can't Sweat Out.

Diggin the Beatles vibe too, lol

Ah, I saw the teaser trailer and am seriously disappointed with RPattz' acting. Oh dear.

Kirsten Stewart looks like she plays the part well, though.

HURRY UP AND RELEASE A FULL TRAILER DAMMIT.
