Wow, ok so about the whole "Annorexic because skinny" thing is so true. When I was in 7th grade, I started losing some weight because of well, puberty/changin metabolism etc. I never really ate lunch because lunch was always so early in my school so everyone thought thought I was annorexic because I was losing weight fast and it was so funny because my friends know that I eat like a pig everytime I'm at home! So, yeah, just wanted to throw that out there.
You don't really need to go in these diet fads and don't skip meals, that's like the worst thing you could ever do when trying to lose weight. Just stick to balanced meals, add a LOT of greens and veggies, and the most important thing is exercise regularly, find the time to do it and you'll be healthy, thinner and happier.
