Happy Halloween!

Please enjoy what I call "Tall Tales For Halloween". This song, and Vanessa herself, are two wicked things that I felt were appropriate to make a video of for Halloween. And I think we've all known about V's dark side for quite some time. I personally think it makes her extra cool.

I'm not sure if there's another thread.. so let me know if there is. Anyways, I've always adored his stuff. He has a new album out apparently, and I'm guilty of not having listened to it. But, I do like his single "Not Over You". I plan to listen to the rest of his new stuff later.

I've seen a lot of reviews about the album, some being absolutely ridiculous, some being pleasant. Here's one that I spotted a while ago, and still get bugged by now and then:

Not that I'm really a fan or anything, I'm just wondering:

1) Does anybody like him or his music? His personality definitely isn't so great.. from what I've heard.

2) Has anyone watched "Never Say Never"?

Just wondering! His story is really interesting to me, though. I must add that I was a little surprised to not find a thread about him. Then again, I think we all have a level of standards in our taste of music... haha.

As obsessed as I am with making videos, I had this idea to sync both "Who's To Say" and "Dear California", just because they sound so complimentary towards one another. So, I made a music video to make both songs as one whole. All iMovie issues were eventually resolved, so I'm now proud to present what I call "Vanessa on the Run" (get it?  ), with the song "Who's To Say California"...

For me, I love it when Vanessa talks to her fans during her shows, in between the songs My second thing would be when she stutters, cause it shows how hard she tries in picking the "right" words.

If anyone is interested (Manny.. ahem), here's my video challenge for you:


The Challenge:

Make a video/music video using TWO Vanessa songs to create ONE SINGLE song. Video footage can be of anything, anyone around anywhere. When you've finished, upload your vid on YouTube and share the link here. 


If this is too hard of a challenge, I'll come up with another. But this shouldn't be too tough for any video makers around here.
