yeah...i get ur point...but still we dont say bad things abt Stevie now do we?  :?

Are you kidding? When H&T came out this board was flooded with people saying that her vocals on The One were terrible and that they ruined the song and that she sounded like a goat, etc. etc. etc.

People are allowed to not like Vanessa and I think what that poster on Stevie's board did was nice.

VERY TRUE! Oh my god, we're hypocrites. Well actually..not so much...WE. Not everyone didn't like Stevie's vocals. haha

I LOVED HER VOICE AND STILL DO...SHE'S GREAT AND SO UNIQUE! :lol:

She's Gone(poem)

and she wills him away
as he creeps into her memory
and she wishes he could stay
but she sees there's no future

and she tries to hide her tears
but it's so hard sometimes
and she wants to have something
to comfort her at night

so she runs on her own
wishing he'd hurt like she does
and she sings him a song
wondering if he'd ever stop to hear her

and as her breaths become shallow
and the days are growing short
she holds on to this man
and the hope that he once gave her

well he doesn't know what he's done to her
and she'll never tell him
that just won't happen

her life is slipping away
as she tries to cry out to him
he's not by her side
but she says what she has been longing to say
she screams his name and cries out
'I LOVE YOU!'
and it all slips away
the light in her eyes begins to fade
she's gone, she's gone
will you miss her now?
she's gone and not coming back
she's gone...

i found the backstage entrance during a show in december, after her set, I decided to go because V wasn't gonna do autographs or hang out [i talked to a few of the workers and stuff]. I went to the backstage area hoping to see her as she left cause i wanted to give her the roses i made [i ended up giving them to her in march]. I saw her walk out the door with Victor who needed to use the bathroom, after they found a safe tree, i yelled "VANESSA!" she turned around and waved, i watched her walk around for a few minutes, then she and mark boarded the van, mark was driving and recklessly went like 60mph as he exited, i was standing in the driveway he drove out of. It was a very near death Vanessa Carlton experience.

LMAO!!!!! hahahaha!!!! thats kinda cool though!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I get it, you mean that youaren't into fashion, people need to live with it if they don't like your clothes and appreciate your personality. correct?

exactly...but not in a bad way at all! lol :lol:      
and i dont think anything bad abt ppl who r into fashion...im just not that into it....like id buy fashionable clothes if i liked them...but for example...the new thing this year was skinny-jeans...i HATE them...so i never bought any :razz: :lol:

im not that into fashion...if i like it i buy it...and if ppl dont like wat they see they dont have to look at me...  :lol: LOL
i culd care less if i go out in my sweat pants and sweat shirt every day....i dont care what ppl think of me most of the time..
eh...its always cool to look nice and to feel pretty...but as far as im concerned...if i feel pretty and nice...then everyone else sees me like that...since the feeling radiates...
okay i know it seems as if im talking non-sense...but did anyone get it?? :lol: :razz:

Vanessa was wonderful tonight, she smiled at me A LOT! [i was front row, right where she could look at me when she faced out to the crowd] I waited from 11.30 am to about 8 to see her, it was worth it.

Hands On Me is actually ding pretty well here in san jose/sf bay area. a lot of people seemed to know it at the concert. and this was a huge one, my guess AT LEAST 500 people TO SEE HER, it was also a good exposure cause it was free.

OMG! ure sooo luckyyy!!!! i wish she'd come to Lebanon!! Even if i sat in the last row!! I just wanna watch her perform!! After all SHE is the reason i started piano lessons so now I have something to do with my life!!!  8O  8O
