^^^I thought so too, but all the online stores have japanese import + bonus track listed. Unless they change it, then I think it is still supposed to be released.

"More Than This" is quite possibly my favorite song on the album, but I can't see it as a single.  

We'll see what happens...

Maybe as the very last single, to close the album.

A Nessa album where she doesn't write? Doesn't make much sense to me. One of the things she does great is her songwriting.

And yet somehow I'm not surprised.

ha yeah..if i remember correctly she brought a cart (like the rolley kind people have out on the streets or something like that) of popsickles for the whole audience & surprised them. she said carson knew she was coming, but  he acted surprised.

then she ended up in the hospital like the next day or something for exhaustion & everyone thought her appearance on TRL was really weird. i dont remember why people went crazy over it, but you can probably find it on youtube, just type "mariah trl breakdown" or something lol

yeah, she was like "Those ain't my fans, those is just the nice people on the streets!" and she started doing that striptease...good times...good times....

That's so weird because I always compared Spring Street with Who's To Say.  I think Who's To Say is kinda about acceptance and moving on/growing up and In Spring Street V says 'I left you by the statue, your eyes were wet with tears...Mother you know you had to let me go even after all these years...'  Anyone else make the comparission?

I kind of made that comparison too. It's like she is telling a story and "White Houses" is the beginning, "Who's To Say" is the middle, and "Spring Street" is the end.

Why the end?

well it tells you about her now bringing her daughter down to spring street...

Ok so it seems like Universal Music Japan isn't releasing a JP only version of the album.
All the stores only have the US version and it doesn't say import or anything: I guess Universal is just distributing the US one in Japan.
No bonus track then...  

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

LOL, Butz! I know the situation is not funny, but I can just picture a person in my head going "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" with their hands up in front of them---like on Austin Powers with the steam roller.

well there is still hope that we'll get a studio recording of it....the Japanese editionhas a bonus track, and it could be best behavior

also, if it isnt the bonus track, V said something about getting out a realease with a bunch of B-sides.

It never occured to me that "Best Behavior" could be the bonus track! Now I am excited. If it is the bonus track, I will buy the import, which is kind of hard for me since I can see parting with upwards of $15 for one track...but it is Nessa, so I guess I can....

And I also just realized I got upgraded from "Genuine Wannabe"! Go Me!

ya when i see what the bonus track is ill see if i wanna buy the import

I got it from an ad displayed on billboard.com...wish I would have made it, though.

Me either. I hope she plays more of the new ones and leave H&T, The One, This Time, and the other ones we heard before release for the tour. I'm dying to hear Spring Street with just vocals and piano.

Well the first time I listened I thought maybe she was referring to the same guy in spring street that was in white houses-

Maybe that White House she was talking about is on Spring Street? :wink:

Being a real NESSAholic doesn't require that you buy the physical album. In fact, some of us (well, I don't know how many, but I did) bought the album off of iTunes at midnight so we'd have it as soon as possible.

 

But someday, yes, I probably will buy the physical album. But I'm not exactly rolling in dough right now.

same here I bought it at mid night and once I get 20 bucks I will go and get it which will hopefully be this weekend.

20 bucks? Where do you live, Orange County? I got mine for 12.88 plus Uncle Sam's Con---I mean, tax
