they are low quality... I was listening to them in my headphones last night and some of them are down right awful.  It came from a tape so I didn't expect it to sound super quality anyway.  Plus it wasn't mastered either.  So its already got 2 strikes against it.  But that is besides the point.  The files will be up til midnight PST.  Then i will be taking them offline.

Get these, LOW QUALITY mp3s while they are available.  I will admit they are low quality and stop giving Tricia a hard time.  Everyone on here is getting way to damn tense.

ok the shn files are down, I hope a few people got em while they could.  Now I hope everyone who really wants this goes through the tape trade and gets the good quality versions.  As soon as the good quality versions are uploaded to my server and people who contributed start getting their cds, the better versions will be available for download, more than likely in mp3 format.

everyone has been nut checking the mods today... hahahah I don't care if he takes the link away... if anyway really wants to know where the files are they can pm me, email me, aim me, msn me... whatever... Its not even a thing.  I am a mod on a similar board but for Nelly Furtado, and I have to admit I have had to remove links to files that I myself downloaded just cause I had either other people breathing down my neck or dreamworks treatening legal action.  Its all good, Andrew it doesn't bother me.  I am so easy going and understand his position on this, as well as most of the other mods on this site.

These files will be up for about 24-48 hours... not 100% sure how long I am gonna keep em up.  I honestly wanna wait for the better quality versions and I actually have a note on the site saying that these ARE NOT the good quality versions that can be aquired from the trade tree.

the reason that trish is mad, and which I come to find out from a couple sources is that they were spending a lot of time getting the actual recordings cleaned up to sound much better!  Then someone goes ahead and releases it to the public, with a note saying not to release it to the public (how friggin dumb is that).  Anyway... I understand with Trish, but I do believe that people should have the choice to download it from the Net or Get it from a Trade/Tape Tree.  Some people enjoy getting a real deal copy from the source and others would rather just listen to it on the computer.

*edit* oh yeah plus the whole people who contributed thing...

I am not gonna waste my time hosting these files... they will be up for 1 day at vc.ctgarcia.com then they will dissapear... I think the time and effort you put into this (and the others helping you) is greatly appreciated.  I was dissapointed as well when I found out.  I mean i was excited I got to hear the songs, but dissapointed that it didn't go down the way it was supposed to.  I still am eagerly awaiting my cleaned up version of the demo tape as its, from what I have heard, much better quality than this direct rip.

Actually I have already heard it... I am uploading the shn's to my webserver seems that nobody has spoke against it yet... If anyone thinks I shouldn't please let me know.  I can maybe setup a private thing for whoever wants it.

Seems that faces has some breakup at the beginning... was it like that on the tape?  Also with Wanted... On the tape is it cut off as well?
