guys you have to realize that perez gets emails from thousands of people a day asking him to play their favorite artist or music video. he can't play them all.

Of course I know that! That's why we have to keep sending him e-mails! He said that that's the only way he takes notice of it, out of all those e-mails. Sending one or two isn't gonna do anything.

So keep sending! Perez said it himself. Also I have a feeling he doesn't have interestest in V so we have to evoke some!

perez has NEVER talked about Vanessa on his blog in the last 8 months that i've been looking at it. i think he knows who she is, but kinda doesn't care  :?

i'm really disappointed in it. it looks cheap and we don't even see the "lover" til the end, a for a split second at that. i do like all the couples at the end though. but ugh 4/10.

the thing about the song is it is about having a lover throughout different lifetimes, so maybe it follows like 3 different love stories with all different people and the young guy is just one of the love stories with a differnt girl

There's no way she can be a you oughta know artist because she's not new. They only feature up and coming artists and V already had her big hit with A Thousand Miles. However the commercial idea is a good one. An iPod commercial would be amazing.

as horrible as this sounds, i kinda think vanessa needs to be put in the tabloids more. think of artists who are absolutely horrible, but sell millions because people hear about them constantly. the only time anyone hears about V is either randomly on VH1 or in sporatic magazine interviews...

Yeah, pointless opinions that mean jack shit in the scheme of things. If you actually visited more frequently you'd realize that people here argue amongst themselves what would make a good single and what wouldn't EVERY DAY. Every day. And it gets really redundant. If I hear, "Spring Street needs to be the next single!" "NO, I think Heroes & Thieves should be the next single, blahblah, just because I think so.", one more time so help me. No one here backs up their opinions with legitimate insight into the market, etc. So it's pointless. And quite frankly it's tiring.

The next single will be what Irv and his team decide it to be. Deal.

isn't our talking about what we think nessa will do with her career/singles part of what we do as nessaholics?
