Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't she sound like she was defending him on the Giant magazine article. It sounded like she was trying to say there was no cheating going on. Honestly I wouldn't doubt if he did cheat, like most of you have mentioned he is a rock star and they get groupies tempting them all the time.

I have no doubt Vanessa will find someone else, she's beautiful inside and out!

wait a minute...
in her MTV Cribs episode, she's quoted as saying "i think the mariah carey moment in Cribs when she got into her bathtub was one of my favorite tv moments of all time" and then she went and changed into mariah carey's outfit. my point being that she obviously in some way looks up to and sorta likes her!
i dont understand why she'd make those remarks, kinda contradicting dont ya think??  :roll:

V is really sarcastic and she was probably being sarcastic on Cribs. Mariah acted like a bimbo on her episode and changed her clothes about forty times. She may have said it was her favorite tv moment of all-time, but it doesn't necessarily mean it out of admiration and respect. Probably more out of hilarity.
And Mariah is an incredibly talented vocalist and sometimes songwriter, but I've noticed that in person, or at least in interviews and such, she is slightly Michael Jackson-esque in that she is obsessed with butterflies and seems almost child-like. It's very irritating, imo. So I'm with Vanessa on WANTING to heckle her, but... she should have kept her mouth shut. That is completely lacking in class.
I don't particularly care for how the Post wrote the last paragraph, though. "reminded people she was famous?" As far as what she said, "I have more than one song!" they make her sound as if she's desperate and completely leave out the context of her comment. Bah. She could have been laughing while she said it, but the article makes her sound like she was going from table to table with crazy eyes telling people she's not just ATM... yikes.

Hey everyone!!! Let's make sure V doesn't get dropped from the top ten. I feel like a silly teenager voting so much but it's all for V! I voted 450 times today. I know it sounds pathetic and like a I have no life but with a high speed connection you can vote about 9 times/minute. Someone please beat my own record of 450!

I feel like a bad fan, I usually vote 400 or 500 times each week.

Ha ha, no way you are a GREAT fan!! I don't have the time to vote like that everyday, but I try to do as much as I can! Thank you so much for voting for V that way, I'm sure it'll make a difference on the countdown, woo hoo!!! You rock!!!

I don't know about stations playing it in your region but over here in Cali things are not as good as they could be. I don't know of any stations that are playing it yet. The station I think should play it is Star 98.7 but it is not on their playlist so the DJ's can't do anything. I've been trying to get them to add it to the playlist for months now and no luck. One of the DJ's there, Yvonne, is really sweet and she has been trying to get it in but no luck either. the only place where people can hear it over here is on VH1.

I voted at least 150 times yesterday and I'll try to do the same today!! I'm really not the kinda person that is into voting for videos or American Idols or anything of that sort but I REALLY want Heroes and Thieves to do better than Harmonium so that V can keep making more and more excellent music!!!

It's great that she made on the countdown!!!! I'M SO HAPPY!!! But did anyone notice they cut out the beginning?? They didn't show the part where they piano gets ran over by the taxi!!! I wonder why the cut it out??? That's one of the best parts of the video!! But at least they played the rest of it!!! YAY!!! Did anyone else notice that cut that part out??

I don't meant to stir up controversy at all and I respect everyones thoughts on this forum but I have to agree with Hearingballad's point. I too was constantly voting throughout the days and Nolita ALWAYS had the fire emblem, no matter what day or time I checked. It seems as if all the other videos that had the fire emblem were on the countdown...even some who had the mild emblem were still on!!! I couldn't understand why Nolita was not on there. I'm not trying to think of "theories" of why Nolita was not on the countdown. I am almost POSITIVE we put in MORE than enough votes. My belief is that they felt the video has not been exposed enough to be on the countdown and that they knew it was mostly us nessaholics who were voting. But this is simply my opinion and I respect all others. I guess all we can do is continue voting and  hopefully it will be on there soon. I was so sad on Saturday you guys...what a disappointment.
