I figured it's about time someone made something where they can rant and rave on and on about how much they hate their job or school, whatever takes your day. I mean I am officially "owned" by the government and I go to work and get out of work when it's dark outside, sunlight is like a myth at this point and the emergency room is getting low on active duty soldiers I hear, meaning they could put me in there at any minute.............and then my social life would be over

Completely Off-Topic / So, you think you're having a bad day?

that would have to be the funniest progression of photos I've seen in a long time, though I do feel sorry for whoever owned those vehicles, but still, humor runs off it like a river

Polls / face-to-face or spooning

from your definition of it, then so far I'd fall under the "spooning" category, so yeah, there you go.............though I admit, it is awfully fun

I've long fought with my friend that the blonde haired girl was cuter, though I never knew her name, on the show or off the show, but yeah, I still say she's cuter!

just curiously, how many children do you think were horrified by the appearance of our orange and green friends, the oompa loompas, upon the initial release of the first movie?

I have three stories on my house back in Georgia. Now I'm in my prison cell of a dorm room... *shudder* I feel like I should be tied to my bed...thats how creepy these rooms are.

Now on that statement, you should see the barracks I live in here; we were given the promise of large living accomodations and various recreational activities............nope, I share a room not even the size of my kitchen at home with another guy and the PX (the military Wal-Mart) isn't even in walking distance, so the only place you can go other than the barracks is here at the hospital, and yay, how fun...........

How do you pronounce that word, I've always wondered.  Is it "buh-racks" or "bear-rucks" or "bar-racks"?

Ha, barracks is pronounced "bare-icks," and yes, they're awful

I would but I'm to afraid of needles. I don't know how the hell I'm going to make it through MEPS.

MEPS is just a big scary dog, you don't get any shots there, those all come once you actually enlist and go to your initial (basic) training location. Working in an immunization clinic, I know the shots you'll end up getting in the end, they're Hep A and B, Meningococcal, Measles/Mumps/Rubella, Inactivated Polio Vaccine, Typhoid, Tetanus/Diptheria and a Tuberculin skin test (those aren't ALL at basic, but through the average military career.) Anyways Manda, if you have any questions as to the whole thing, just pm me, I'll see what I can do for you

I grab my guitar, jam something out that may sound cool or absolutely rediculous depending on how much coke (the drink) I've taken in, but I have ADD so once I play it, it's gone forever, so it'll never be posted, sorry all

Ha, I went to a rock concert for a local Oklahoma band named 13 Stars  prior to joining the military and one of those Hanson brothers showed up and the bouncer at the venue refused to let him in because he said their music wasn't loud enough

Polls / Sex before Marriage?
« on: December 06, 2004, 10:22:23 am »
I may be too much of an old thinker for my own good, but for me, sex is like the ultimate expression of love for another person, which is why I don't personally feel it should be used as casually as it is, and though I don't fault those doing it, I mean it's a free world, I just personally see it that way. Now, if you look enough you'll note that you can love someone that way without being married, and in that case, I would have premarital sex, but other than that, probably not............and since I don't drink it only solidifies that, no "boo boos"
