Streamed from www.vanessacarlton.com will be a minute and a half clip from various videos that were taken during the recording of Harmonium.  A new one will be added to the site everyday until the album is released.

omg, i come back to this thread being more about me than nessa... bad bad

anyway.. just got back from the show and it was really good.  I'll post the set list later and a funny story about Low Millions (taylor singing, on stage) and vanessa's attempt at the wreckage... teehee

I had fun hanging with Nicole tho =)

Hey There,

The constant threads started asking "where can i download x song" is getting a little old, therefore this will be the *one* thread requesting unreleased/demo/live songs.  All you have to do is post in this thread what you're looking for and a method for you to be contacted of your choice.  No links will be posted; you will be contacted by a fellow friendly forum member interested in sharing.

Couple things...
NESSAholics.com does not support the trading of any tracks on Be Not Nobody or Harmonium (the two that can be purchased) so please shy away from those.

Information about the Demo Tape can be found here.

There are 3 shows approved by Vanessa's management that are available for download from archive.org

Hello,

I wanted to do something kinda wiki style but in a thread.  We want to have an extremely complete bio on nessaholics.com for everyone to see when they stop by!  So we want to combine everything we know about V from our few years of following her into one location.

Does anyone want to start?  Would people mind adding and editing it so we have one, final, bio?

Vanessa performed White Houses on the Indy station 93.1 and there is video footage.  Click here to stream it.  I've saved it to wmv and will put it up somewhere for those that may want to download it later.

They also put her water bottle up for sale on ebay... LOL.  Check it out here -- It's already going for $40... strange.

Hello-

I am looking to create a focus group to provide thoughts and suggestions around the content for the main website: www.nessaholics.com.  Basically it would consist of an effort where i send an email with a list of questions, and you provide feedback to me directly.  Some of the ideas would be implemented most likely, and some may not be.  This may evolve into something more in the future (we'll see!).

If you're interested, please send an email to focusgroup@nessaholics.com to let me know... i'll give everyone till Sun or so to respond then i'll send out the questions i formulate on Mon the 23rd.  Feedback is always welcome but I think this will be a good idea to ensure we (NESSAholics.com) are doing everything we can to live up to your expectations.

All-

I wanted to take a few moments to post *my* thoughts on things.  I have been very unhappy with the volume of posts lately that are of a negative nature.  It makes *me* want to visit this place less and less and i don't think i'm in the minority.  I think several posts have been uncalled for as of late.  If you're debating a topic where you are intelligently articulating your points and someone disagrees, that is fine... but if you take any opportunity to openly belittle or 'flame' another member, that is just not acceptable.  One of the reasons we wanted this location was to get away from the fighting on the VCMB... let's not bring it here please.  When you are presented with a question in a post, or something that needs to be responded to, you have a choice!  You can be a complete and total ass or you can be pleasant and help them along.  People make mistakes!  Everyone does!  No one is perfect and when people come here, they are entitled to a few mistakes.  If it becomes an issue and you see it before any of the Mods... let us know!  We want to know your feelings and in return we will address it with that individual in PM.

In the end, we want to be a successful entity with a growing user base.  When that happens people are bound to have disagreements but please choose the high road and just report it or PM/AIM one of the Mods or the Evil Admin.  <3

p.s. i KNOW a lot of you are smart-asses... SO AM I!  I'm not saying you have to be this nice individual wandering around here with kid-gloves... just don't jump on every opportunity to be an ass... not a smart-ass
