You better believe it! I'm eating a four-cheese lasagna right now.

The person after me is glad Kenneth Freeman got caught.

Oh, all right.  It's just that I'm usually a good judge of this type of thang.

She has autographed my 'Be not Nobody' cassette and my "White Houses" 12-inch single.  I also pulled her set list off the monitor speaker the last time I saw her. :D

I guess it almost goes without saying that it's already sold to me.  I trust Vanessa Carlton's creativity. :D

No, sorry, I got all my Vanessa Carlton memorabilia in person. :D

Clerks - Was my copy from netflix the only one in black and white?! I sent it back!

No, Clerks is supposed to be in black and white. I might suggest using a black and white TV to watch it because lack and white always loks better on black and white.  I never did like watching black and white shows on a color TV because of the little colored lines around the edges of objects on the screen.

And the last movie I saw was The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.  I really liked the movie, and I didn't see its length as a problem.  Movies are expensive, and I don't feel sufficiently entertained after only 75 minutes anyway.  We're talking about seeing it again when/if it comes to the smaller theater nearby.

could someone be awesome and rip this video into an mp3 file?  I absolutely love this version of Who's To Say.

Thanks

This sounds virtually identical to the Exit/In version from 2005, except that it's a slightly clearer recording.

my biggest pet peeve is when people use the word 'literally' excessively. my chem teacher uses it in every other sentence and i want to tell her to stop saying it every time.

God I know, it's so bloody annoying! It doesn't make sense anyway...they always use it in the context of 'she literally exploded with joy' or something and it's like...surely you don't mean that..because if so..mess.

Absolutely!  Literally means literally.  If you don't mean it, don't say it.

Other Musicians / Colbie Caillat

I said that I kinda half-saw her at a music festival back in May.  Well, I finally got 'Coco' in a couple days ago and just got done listening to it for the first time, and I think I kinda like it.  I know I like her voice, and most of the music is really pretty, and the lyrics are good (at least the ones I heard because I was twinking mistakes in a journal while it was playing).  I'll probably have to hear it a couple more times to tell for sure if it'll stay off the shelf for long, though.

27
Eh, I don't have it.  But I declare I heard a very clear version of it somewhere.  But the only version I seem to have is a really echoy, shuffly sounding recording, and it's not even the whole thing.

29
OMGF!!! These recordings are outstanding!  There's still a little fuzz, but it most certainly doesn't sound like a third- or fourth-generation cassette tape copy!  I just wish we had "Wanted".

But I almost didn't recognize "Faces" at first because you can't really hear that delicate piano intro on the version we had before.

And my favourite track of all, "All I Ask", comes through with such beauty and clarity on this set.  Oh, it's amazing!  Thank you so much for posting all of these!

But now what of the other four demo tapes known to exist?  There are still dozens of Vanessa Carlton songs we haven't even heard at all!
