I've got some new pictures of my nephew, Jacob. He's growing up so fast! he's 4 months old in 3 days...
This is him before we went out to dinner on Sunday night

He's mastered the whole giving the finger thing...with the wrong finger. hehe. His dad has also taught him how to poke tongues...

Playing funny faces with Grandma....

That pictures my favourite, the whole hand on hip "huh? you're taking pics of me? how dare you?" look

The car we followed most the way. Kept on washing its windscreen and at the same time it'd spray all the water onto our windscreen...
I had a car that could do that before! :D

The only decent sign I could get a picture of in Paeroa. I didn't manage to get a picture of the giant bottle. Dustin will know whats so important about Paeroa (and for those of you who don't, Paeroa is where the drink L&P comes from) The L and the P meaning Lemon and Paeroa.
Yes!  I love L&P!  I just hate that it's so effing expensive here!

A road sign on the motorway in Auckland
Exit 453?!  How are exits numbered in New Zealand?  By the 100 metres?  Ours are measured by the mile.  Great pictures, by the way! 8)

L&P is only 0.79c for a 355ml can here, haha!
Actually there are almost 500 exits. Numbered like houses are on a street, odd one side, even the other.

Ok, so I got back from Tauranga (pronounced taow wrong a ...roll the rs ;)) about an hour ago. These are some pics I took on the way home.

swamp land beside the motorway, coming into Auckland.

sunset somewhere between Tauranga and Auckland

Another picture of the sunset. That sunset was pretty but I've seen better:).

A road sign on the motorway in Auckland (for those of you who have no idea how to pronounce them it's mun-euw-way-ra ...again roll the r's and tack-a-nin-ni). the reflection is the flash on the window because it was night time of course.

I just thought this pic was awesome. hehe. Everything's in focus except the road sign.

Not a properly focused pic because we were driving but it was a nice pic...again, it's the sunset somewhere between Tauranga and Auckland.

By the way, excuse the blurry windows. on the way down to Tauranga on Friday we had to follow an offal truck most the way down (couldn't pass, stupid oncoming traffic) and the offal truck sprayed it's nice juicy rotten egg smelling liquid right over our car. We went through a super carwash when we go to Tauranga but the stuff didn't come off because it was cold fat... gross.  :x

Leaving for Tauranga tomorrow morning (Friday Morning NZ time), gonna be gone until Sunday night (NZ time). YAY! The not so joyful part is I have to do the technical work for the scrabble competition Mum and Dad are playing at. Yes...my parents are so geeky, they play scrabble in competitions.
