Owl City's new album, "All things bright and beautiful" is pretty good.

*insert the lyrics of "Dear California" and "The Marching Line." I pretty much love most of the songs but...

Dear California, it's been nice to know ya. Tell me, will you miss me when I'm gone? and Do you know a love like a bullet in the chest? are 2 lines that pretty much stick out for me though.

I love these lyrics too! Whenever I hear her sing this I always answer to myself "yes"

I've only seen Nessa once... at the Melbourne show where she premiered "All Is Well"

I would absolutely be in heaven if she came to Australia again!
I really hope that when new shows are announced for the remainder of the year that she does a small leg of Australia/Asia.
I'd probably travel to Asia just to see her
What do you guys reckon are the chances of that happening??

What's the "Learning to Fly intro"? I've never heard of it before.

On the Australian iTunes, the only version of ROTR available for pre-order is the ordinary 10-track album with digital booklet, not the deluxe album with three bonus acoustic tracks.
Do any other international fans have the deluxe version available?
I see no reason why we can't have the deluxe version too??

I don't know if I start reading from the first or the second book... But I will definitely need a big English dictionary because my level is just average and they also screwed the French translation.

The first book is Game of Thrones, the second is A Clash of Kings.

I live in Australia so, at this point, there's no chance of me being able to go to any of Vanessa's upcoming shows.

I'm more than happy to send money (via post or paypal) for the poster and shipping, plus a bit extra for the effort involved.

For weeks and weeks my boyfriend was telling me "you have to watch this tv show, Game of Thrones", and I was like "hmm... nah".
Then as soon as I saw Vanessa's tweet about it I was like "ok, I'll watch it now!" lol

so it's clear to everyone... the deal with Fairweather Friend -------------

much like the Put Your Hands On Me / Hands On Me change...
the older live versions with the different lyrics stay as the old song title, while the newer and album version stay as the newer song title.

example:

the only "Fairweather Friends" there should be is the first time she played it live. the lyrics were significantly different and she said herself the name of the song is "Fairweather Friends"

The album version and the newer live versions with the lyrics closer to/same as the album version are officially called "Fairweather Friend"
(and yes, in recent live shows, Vanessa has been calling the song "Fairweather Friend"


I hope I made this clear and not confusing
