I went last night, but unfortunately Vanessa did not perform. However, her understudy was fantastic. I guess I'll have to try to see her again.

It was really good show in a good venue. The acoustics were great and it felt very intimate. I enjoyed seeing and hearing VC live so much that I felt like I was in my "happy place" the whole time.
I was so glad to hear all the new material too. I loved the story telling between songs and I am really looking forward to the album and hopefully I will get to see her perform again before the album comes out too. 

We didn't get to stay afterwards, but I was happy to hear VC mention during the performance that she would be sticking around afterwards to sign for fans.

For anyone who can catch VC live during this tour, but hasn't bought tickets yet to a show nearby, please do it! You will not regret it!

You said back in April that your new album, "Liberman," was in the process of being mastered. How close are we to a release date now?

Well, we don't have a release date yet, but the album is totally complete. We're working on the visual art to go along with the record.... I'm really excited to get it out there, but I don't have any more info yet for you, sorry.

So close, yet so far away from the album!

Nevertheless, I LOVE how she opens us up to these new artistic paradigms with each album. She evolves and takes us to places we would never find ourselves if we were travelling alone.

I can't wait till she fills us in on the inspiration behind this whole album!

Well said. I totally agree. I wonder how far we are from the release of the album.
