I think Raven has the best voice...plus out of Kim Possible,Thatr's So Raven,and Lizzie McGuire i probably like That's So Raven best..

They do so speak Taiwanese in Taiwan...  while Mandarin Chinese is the ''official language" Taiwanese is definitely spoken by a majorityand quite possibly might be considered the preferred...
