Okay. So... I've seen all of these Audio (Mp3) files that have been ripped from YouTube videos. Does anyone know how I could possibly do that? If it's impossible for me to do, would anyone volunteer to rip some audio from some videos for me, if I provided links? It would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it would be breaching copyright or anything, because as far as I know, it's impossible to get these songs any other way - they haven't been released for purchase nor will they ever be. So...

Help?

Eh, you can always try recording it. You can grab a program called Audacity and have it record the sound that comes out of your speakers. So stop all other sounds that might be playing (AIM, MSN, your music player, etc.), and you can play the song on YouTube. Then you can hit Record in Audacity and stop it when the song is done. Then you can save your recording.

If you don't mind doing it this way, I'll post a tutorial (or you can always try Google =P) for you later. I don't know how to directly rip the sound from .flv (Flash Video).

You don't have to record sounds that come out of your speakers.

Any sound recorder will have a "what you hear" option as it's "source."

Including the sound recorder that comes with windows.

start->programs->accessories->entertainment->sound recorder

That will record as a WAV file. You need something to convert that to an MP3 or whatever format you want.

Just use this
http://www.convertdirect.com/

pretty straight forward, put the videos link in, then choose what format you want. In your case choose MP3 and do convert. Then it'll let you download the MP3.

But a WAV file is over 10x the size of an MP3. So it will take up a lot more space.

Wow really?
I had no clue.
I proabably should convert it then. But my mp3 player is 20GB and I dont have that much music so it wont fill up too fast.
