Harmonium and Heroes & Thieves music books
« on: June 16, 2008, 10:03:51 am »
So, I have the one containg all the songs in "Be Not Nobody" and I intend to learn them when I get the time.

But my question is, are there any song books containg the music from Harmonium and/or Heroes & Thieves?  I hope so, but hopes are that, hopes and so, are easily smashed by the real world.

Martin.

There's an official 'Harmonium' sheet music book, but it's crap.

There isn't one for 'Heroes & Thieves', and I doubt we'll ever see one.

I have never seen one for Harmonium just pictures but never up close, but why is it crap?

I agree with Hazy Eyes: white houses i totally different and often, the right hand plays the melody of the song!  :?
"This night under stars, well, I call it peace"
"I walk the street with a song in my head"

Exactly what Kate says.

You aren't playing what V plays, you're playing the melody of the song pretty much.

I'd stick with Anthony's site (www.freewebs.com/nessfan12) if you want to learn the songs properley. Otherwise, it's a nice thing to have in your collection, but that's about it.

Ok, cool, thanks guys, I like the books more, but since you told me they aren't much use, it's off to the website.
