I don't know about many of you, but I am really getting into British pop groups and this is one I'm addicted to nowadays.

Songs like "Freak Like Me", "Round Round", "Hole In The Head" and "In The Middle" are the kind of songs you get stuck in your head. Does anyone else like their music?

They didn't do a song with Sting, they ripped off 'Shape of my Heart' which is one of my favourite songs.

I do really like them though, i saw them live and individually they are very vocally strong. I'm not sure about the new video- it doesn't quite hold itself together- but how can you NOT like their songs? SO SO CATCHY. And a thread has already been made btw.

oh too true on that one. and trust me, I did check if there was a thread made, and there wasn't :).

I haven't had the chance to see the "In The Middle" video. But people have said its a weird but good video. I love the Round Round and Freak Like Me videos. Their fun.

The Sugababes do rip off quite a few songs don't they. They used Adina Howard's lyrics and Gary Numan's music for "Freak Like Me". And didn't someone else originally do "Round Round"? Whatever though. Their still hella catchy.

I'm listening to "Hole in the Head" right now!!! I swear I'm obsessed with that song.  They're sort of popular here now (in the states) ever since the release of HITH.

Really!? I knew that video was designed for an American audience. Usually thet're different here.

Their first album wasn't a flop, 'Overload' was HUGE but they kinda fizzled out after a while. Though 'Run For Cover' was good and did well- in the sense that people still sing it now but 'Soul Sound' pretty much flopped. They were known as the girls who never smiled though, because they were all very young and more urban back then.
