Vanessa Carlton Site Domain Name resolves to a different URL?

I am not sure where to post this, so moderators please feel free to move this.

I typed http://www.vanessacarlton.com in my web browser it shows the correct web page content but the URL that appears in the address bar is: http://valencia.directrouter.com/~vanessa/razor/index.php

I am wondering if something with the domain name registration changed or something. Anyone else notice this when they go to vanessacarlton.com?

They might be redirecting to that other page b/c they could be working on the actual website. So for the time being while vanessacarlton.com is being worked on, traffic if redirected to that other page. Just a thought.
