David Hart posted news of the repeal of the fare hike
after I clearly stated that the repeal will possibly be revoked due to an appeal to be filed by the MTA which would put an immediate stay on that last judge's decision [takes breath] thereby not changing anything at all - leaving us with that awful fare hike still in place. Boo to that. (not to David Hart :wink: )
And, ahem, I was the first to post news of the rolling back of the fare hike (a day before David Hart) and before news of the impending appeal.
