Well . . . Swiss is the nastiest crap in the world. Cheddar is best by itself on a piece of bread, and American is best on an enchilada.

All of those are good, but I prefer American.

Some of the best cheeses in the country are made near the Oregon Coast in Tillamook and Bandon.

If I'm just eating cheese I like cheddar best but if I'm melting it on something american.
