I just started my yoga class today...it's super fun.

Does anyone else do yoga, how long have you done it, and do you love it? ;)

well i don't do it (on purpose)...but my art teacher in 8th grade did, she loved in, unless the instructor was sick, then they would make her do harder stuff lol.

ive done it a few times, in gym we had a yoga instructor come in... and my friend just got me this yoga in a box thing, which comes with a bunch of stuff to learn yoga.. so im gonna start i think :-)

Yoga RULES!!!!
i took free yoga classes at my school every week and they were the best thing ever!!!!! I could be having the worst day ever and come out of that class feeling amazing. mmmmmmmmyoga. I am gonna miss that class!!!!!!!!!  Maybe I'll try and sneak in as an alumna  :D

I'd brake my back if I ever did Yoga...I had back surgery my Freshmen year, so I'd think Yoga would just kill me, LOL

I'm naturally really flexible such that I can reach behind me and grab my hair or put my foot behind my head or lie flat on my back with my feet beside me, and I'm interested in preserving and enhancing that flexibility.

I live in one backwards little small town and people around here think yoga is the reason people can't find their picnic baskets in the park. :lol:
