I actually made a Happy Songs CD once, I just can't find it lol

Vanessa Carlton, most definitely!  Although most anything in my collection is likely to make me feel better because I don't typically collect music that makes me feel bad.:p

Rosie, yeah, No Doubling Back and Sleeping To Dream are my absolute FAVES by Jason, Did I Fool Ya coming in second, lol.. Those are adorable songs and it's just cute when Jason talks like an auctioneer, lol.. it's cute!!!! Yeah, Jason is the only music that changes my mood from sad to super happy!! He's all I've been listening to all month, my main music for over 8 months, I remember being a fan before Waiting For My Rocket came out, like... a few weeks before... and I'd be listening to the Instavid website where you could listen to the CD all the time for free... hehe, I love Jason, he's my music role model, aside from his smoking, drinking, and love for sex, he'd be my all around role model, lol..
