A little help...
« on: June 18, 2003, 11:44:58 am »
I'm in the process of trying to get a new computer to start using for the next school year. I'm in definate need of one, the one I currently use was given to me back in '97 I believe. Plus, I need a laptop to carry around from place to place--especially if I do more writing with the G-A or anything like that.

Well to make a long story short, anyone have any ideas about how/where to get a new laptop computer at cheap prices? It's been a LONG time since I've had to do this, and I know the market's changed since then. Anyone gotten a computer off of Ebay? How'd that work out?

Anyway, if you have any ideas, please let me know.

Hmmm, i'm not sure about a laptop. I need a new computer also! Just not a laptop...I wan't a flatscreen computer so friggin bad, i've had the one I have now since like...prob. about the same year you've had yours, around there. I'm getting mine at Office Depot, it's at a good price to, and i'm pretty sure they have laptops there.

Oh and about the Ebay thing...i'm sorry but I refuse to go to Ebay. I'm not buying into that crap...c'mon, buying a computer on a computer? No Thanks.
