No no no no no.  It was LEGALLY the man's fault.  I feel VERY confident either

A) A woman was in the passenger seat yelling at him
B) A woman did something stupiid causing him to swerve
C) A woman tried to merge on top of him
D) A woman was driving PAINFULLY slowly in front of him and he had to speed up to get around her

And I almost got rear ended at a red light today by a man on a cell phone.

Yesterday I parked in the driveway, and two guys 18 years old were speeding at least 80 down the street, turned and slammed right into my neighbors Red Expidition,  bounced back into the curb and then slammed again to the sidewalk on the right.
18 year olds.
