I'm taking up too much space in my blog, and it's wiggin' out on me (how long's it been since ya heard that one, huh?).
And I must tell or burst! ANd since there's no one home to call and no one's answering their cell- you guys get to be the unfortunate victims of my joy.
Are you ready???
Here we go!!!
It's like Christmas over here!
(It's a christmas I have to pay for, but let's just ignore that okay?)
FIrst- I get to take a class (granted it's an open reg class, so basically it's like a 'for dummies' class) at the prestegious Roudney Ballet School of Chicago (I live in Milwaukee guys, it's gonna be a hellish commute). They teach the Vagnova method which is very hard to come by, but is the very best there is.
Second- Okay here's the low-down!This is all still tentative and able to change at any time but:
I'm taking at least one early morning adv. ballet class. I'm taking 3 ballet II classes, two Int. classes at the Milwaukee Ballet (another open for dummies class), and then an Int?Adv class in the morning at the university.
Are you confused yet?
THat's a total of 8 classes. All worked around my crappy school schedule. (ANd sometimes school goes till 10 at night!) I could take more if I didn't have so much damn school. Oh well.
Three: I may be able to take four of those classes for free! (But probably just one) So I'll be able to take classes for a total of only $1,800. As opposed to $3,000.
hmmm. Okay just looked at the price.... crap. Okay. Since I'm living off of school loans... I might not be able to take all that. But I'm definitely taking that Chicago class! It might even be better than the Milwaukee Ballet class. CHicago charges 200 bucks a semester, and the MB charges 400. Hmmm.
Fourth: I'm waiting for the UPS guy to deliver my NEW pair of pointe shoes, a leotard, a ballet top, and dance shoes. YAY! New pointe shoes!!!!! WAHOO!!
