I wasn't trying to be a 'post whore'.  I was just wishing happy birthday to someone, just like a lot of other users are doing.  I don't see anything wrong with it at all.

That may be so But it was still a pointless thread intentionally or not. There's no point in keeping it around cluttering the board. It happens, rest assured that it's nothing personal. (Note: I don't/can't speak for the mods, I'm guessing as to why it was removed)
