Has anyone ever heard of this musical? It was in our local theater when I saw it... but it went to broadway afterwards. I don't know what ever happened to it... but it was hilarious! I loved it!
It's a twist on Cinderella. It involves the same cinderella stuff like evil stepmother and stepsisters, kinda a fairy godmother... etc. But it's got stuff like mental hospitals, court battles, the fairy godmother is a lawyer... And it's more upbeat and funny than the fairy tail. I've seen a couple Cinderella takeoffs (one being during WWII), but this is the best one!
I've been going through my CDs and came across the soundtrack, and I've just been wondering what ever happened with this musical, haha.
