Howdy
As we approach 1000 registered users here in our little forum, we have begun discussion around the addition of 2 more moderators. We have decided to involve everyone in the nomination process. So here is what we're looking for:
a) Someone trustworthy! It is important that you are honest with the staff and the other members of the forum. You have to enforce the rules we have laid out in a fair and respectful manner.
b) You must be willing to contribute personal time to moderate, post and support the overall nessaholics.com community. That means occasional staff meetings, inbound emails discussions regarding contests... etc. If you don't have time don't even bother
c) You must be proficient in all things 'nessa because that is what we're about.
If you're interested, or you know someone else that you would like to "nominate" for one of the two positions, please email staff@nessaholics.com with a subject of "Mod Nomination" including the following information:
Who you're nominating: (yourself/another member). Please include their actual name and forumname
How long have they been a fan:
What you feel you can contribute to the forum:
What existing experience you have that is applicable:
What is something you'd like to change about nh.com if you were chosen:
What other random information you want to include:
