I will have to agree. After several friends, not to mention you guys telling me how awesome the show is. I just finished season 1. I only have 8 episodes to catch up!

I really loved the whole Dan and Serena courtship. I hate that they broke up. I am 8 episodes behind so maybe they get back together? Although he's being a jerk. Why did he tell her he did not have sex with Georgina but they may as well have? Dumb!! But she was being all cold to him at the wedding so yeah...  You guys probably don't even remember all this stuff.

i remember all that...i just finished watching season 1 as well (on DVD)
they dont air on TV here so my friends and I are waiting til theyre out on DVD to get the 2nd season...we're like dying of anticipation! LOL :lol:

I liked the show because it shows all the drama and stuff that goes on in other peoples lives and for a whole episode u can almost forget about ur drama and shit thats going on in ur own life :razz:
But other than that i think that its an embarrassment because anyone who hasnt actually LIVED being in the USA will think that thats how everyday life is...sex, drugs, alcohol...and theyre only 17   :?

but i stilll love it and im still addicted...and secretly i would kill to get a day in one there shoes! :lol: (the characters not the actual actors)

lol I don't think people who live outside the USA will think life is like that for all American teenagers -- I mean, there is emphasis put on the fact that it all takes place on the Upper East Side, and all these characters have access to a ridiculous amount of money, which I think is pretty obvious that they're not part of the majority of Americans.

But then again, the demographics of this show might reach 13-year-olds for all I know, and I've forgotten how a 13-year-old thinks so I guess some people may think this....meh.

I'm all caught up, well I haven't watched tonights yet but I was so happy Dan and S got back together, well for a second. Dan is a jerk. I really can't stand him now. I felt bad for S and how he was moving on so fast and hurt her feelings.

I can't believe B almost sabotaged her mom's show.
