This is Breathe Again. You'll have to forgive me that this comes out a bit weird because I have never been that great at transcribing sheet music. This could be bad! Bad in terms of me writing it down. It sounds like the actual song I assure you.
Intro
Right Hand - Basically, it's playing between F and C. (F, C, F, C *short break*, C, F, C)
Left - F and C, then C and G, then G, and D, then D and A
Each time you play a different chord on your left hand, it's the same thing being played over again on the right.
"at the comfortable glow"
Right hand - still the same as the intro
Left hand - F and C played together, G and D, then D and A
*Optional: when you play the G and D, you can go up to another G
Chorus:
Right Hand - C, F, C, F, C, F (etc)
Left hand - F, G, A, Bb
The next verse is the same as the first except that it is an octave lower and the left hand becomes octaves.
Bridge
Right hand - F, C, F, C, F, C (etc)
Left Hand - Db, Bb, Ab
That's all I have figured out.
PS: I figured out Uncharted awhile ago. It's on that website I posted. Here's a direct link to it.
