I contemplated not putting this here, but I will not over think it and just do it.  Here's my blog.  If you didn't know, I'm a fat girl.  I'm currently on a great program that has given me much success.  Rather than going into the whole story, here's my blog which details it so far.  The latest post is actually about a dog, but the rest is diet/exercise related.  Enjoy!
