Hey guys,

Have you ever heard of Tara MacLean's music??
She's a Canadian singer and she's really really talented!
Both her cds "Silence" and "Passenger" are awesome!
You should check her out sometime

edit: thanks Jess for the spelling, I was too lazy to look for the cd!

Tara and I go way back. BTW her last name is MacLean :)

She's amazing... I had the opportunity to do a show w/ her and one of my songs made her cry. Hehe. And I've partied w/ her and her husband and she is an AMAZING, beautiful person.  She recently had a baby and unfortunately her sister died about a year ago, so she took some time off. But she and two other Canadian songwriters have formed the Saltwater Trio and they have an album coming out on EMI later this year.

I listened to her album _SILENCE_ at least 20,000 times when it came out... She is pretty much the reason why I started writing songs and playing guitar.

Definitely recommend _Silence_  - it's a very raw, beautiful album and the songs are very sad but in a beautiful way
