pfft. well i can tell you that everybody in our school's marching band is involved in a sport (besides marching band.)
otherwise, we'd all be fat and out of shape and wouldn't be able to march in parades 10 miles long or win compititions with the show we have. lol

so whatever to that.

I was in marching band in high school, but we didn't compete so it dosen't really count. (its weird using 'was' now..)
I was also in rifle team, and I played football a few years back.

yeah, our marching band goes to like 10 compititions a year. last year we went to Hawaii for a compitition. we go all over. next year we might be going to Austrailia. i definitely consider this a sport.

played in our HS basketball varsity for two years, had to quit, because i was having a tan more than the color i liked... i was a point guard... people called me the "KILLER THREE'S" because the three point line was my ZONE...
i'm hooked on TABLE TENNIS... varsity for four years...
badminton, for fun, never got serious with it...
soccer,
skateboarding, is that sports?
and oh... i hate it when people mistake me for a LESBIAN just because i play sports more actively than the rest of the perky girls, doesn't mean i'm that!

Most schools consider marching band a sport because it requires physical activity (not to mention talent)
