Legally blonde soundtrack

hello! this might be a really stupid question....but where does nessas 'a thousand miles' appear in legally blonde? its on the soundtrack and its on the credits at the end.....but i can never hear it on the film when i watch it! i'm all confused

If you didn't know where it was you would NEVER be able to spot it.

As far as i can remember (and i am not good at remembering films!), Elle's 2 best friends are outside her room when she has broken up with that guy and as they try to get it you can hear it vaguely playing. Its quite early on in the film and you really have to listen!
