just brush them very gently in circular motions heehee...
instead of licking your lips drink some water instead..keep a bottle with you.. but as much as you dont like the feel of jelly/cream on your lips its going to help a lot.. some lip balms arnt that greasy.. I know when I had cracked hands when I worked with ovens during the winter I used vaseline intensive care hand lotion and that stuff is really good.. maybe they make a good lip balm.. Im sure that brand is everywhere.. =\ not sure.. but go with something with vitamin e or aloe vera.. aloe vera should make the burning sensation go away.

I found a soln, I get special stuff from hospitals because I have skin disorders and other junk, but last week my mom got me some Lidocaine, its some realy strong stuff, its like novacaine, I put it on my lips, now I can't feel them, and I stopped licking!

I do and it sux. I hate having to put chapstick or moisterizer and that gook on my lips. If it smells like cherry or something then I just eat my lips off even worse! It's like candy or something! lol
