You can't just host a bunch of WAVs for free. If you get them to MP3s, though.... you'd still have to pay.

Try http://www.lunarhosting.com (I think that's a correct link). They're pretty inexpensive depending on what you want. But no good hosting solution is free, thats something I learned.
