Okay, I write... a lot. So, I'm going to be posting here frequently. Could I just ask for no one else to post their poems on this topic (but you can post your opinions or whatever). I want to kind of make it a log for me. Thanks!

I wrote these two poems last night:

The Stars Above Your Head
Do not blame your sadness on yourself
Those tears were caused by someone else
But the stars above your head
Haven't granted you any wishes
You've been lead astray
And your eyes have seen nothing
Though I hope that I'll bring you back to life.

Many Weary Days
I haven't cried in many weary days
Cleansing my soul with love
It makes my heart stronger
It makes us all stronger
My mind is transforming
And discovering itself
As the rain dries
As the pain dies.

I wrote this poem today. I think it's my most romantic poem.



My Love
I look into your eyes and see myself
I see the happiness flourish inside of them
As a whisp of air brushes my fingers
I reach out in sight of you
Your passion accents your face
As the moon gazes down upon you through the night
You are my heart, my soul, my love
And I shall never be without you.

Golden-
Waiting for you
Waiting to see you
Somehow it's warmer
Somehow the air is carrying me
I'm lost in my sorrow
I'll be here tomorrow
When the leaves all turn a golden color
And I go with them
Smiling to myself
The sun seeks out for my truth
And I can't find my place
There's no trust in my face
When the sun comes out another day.

The Reason-
I'm sitting in my own mind
Just a glance away from truth
The brick wall to my right
Has changed the seasons quickly
The flowers have all lost their color
They've been murdered by the sun

And when my eyes go blind, you won't be the reason
And when my heart is finally dead, you won't be the reason
And when my feet are standing still, you won't be the reason
And when my head is locked inside myself, you won't be the reason

The air has lost its taste
And we can breathe no longer
The floor feels like it will break
And I will die too soon
My mind is just one blackhole
Where nothing I see ever leaves

And when my skin never feels again, you won't be the reason
And when my brain falls dead asleep, you won't be the reason
And when my lies are lost forever, you won't be the reason
And when my eyes close and never wake, you won't be the reason.
