That's not in full voice, though. That really tells range.

She hits the D# on Morning Sting in falsetto (head voice).

I'm sure her comfort zone in full voice (chest voice) is around C or C# (which is why she often sings White Houses in B Major because it's safer to hit the note on "Jenny screams.." on a B in full voice than on C).

However, I can tell her chest voice has improved greatly since Be Not Nobody. Her upper range sounds much stronger and fuller.
