I like it a lot better than NF! I don't mind the first lyrics as much when I hear the music. She kind of pauses between the words like she's thinking instead of singing it along childishly, so it's not as bad :)


Irv was talking with her when she was playing... that is why there is a big gap between the H&T Soudcheck....

I just realized that some of the chords in this song remind me of the Jewel song "Absence of Fear". I was wondering why it felt so familiar and pretty to me. The vocal parts are very different, but the music at the beginning is similar :)

^ So the beginning "some people live in a house on a hill, they wish they were someplace else" is not supposed to be slow like it is here? Hmm, I think the slow meandering at the beginning is a nice contrast to the 2nd part of the verse getting richer.

ya i've noticed that too. I think it makes her voice sound better actually.

In many of these new songs i have been noticing an underlying sense of melancholy. It makes me sad, but i know it has driven alot of these songs and has made them so beautiful. It is official that they are over?
