It's been five long years since Vanessa Carlton conjured piano magic with top five Billboard Hot 100 debut "A Thousand Miles." Third album "Heroes and Thieves," due in October, marks her launch with Irv Gotti's the Inc. This review, along with many posts I've seen regarding this song, makes me feel that in order for this song to be a hit, people will need to at least *like* it a little at first, in order for it to eventually grow on them.
