gotta love daylight savings...
instead of -8 I just switched it to -7 in my profile and all is well again. (for Pacific Time)

yea, obviously there is no way for the phpBB to know who is where... so you have to auto adjust your own time zone...

the "clock" on the "server" auto changed as it should, however some people adjust, some people don't... you want it fixed, update your profile :)
