If you look at the album info of H&T at the bottom you can see the popularity of each song on the album....Obviously first is Nolita Fairytale, second is Heroes & Thieves which is probably because it shares the title of the album, third is Hands On Me, fourth is Come Undone, and fifth is The One which only barely beats My Best, Fools Like Me, and Home.
I thinit's just another small sign that HOM would do well as the second single.
