My idea of HOM is that it's set on a cloudy, grayish day, and it plays out a lot of the things she says in the song like:
we've barely met but still i cross the street to your door
she would be in a big city with a lot of cars on a big road. V running through the traffic to knock on a door.
another line that i've thought about is:
We'll see the dahli lama i'll feel him blessing me.
they could be in the mountains with a bunch of Tibetan looking people in a buch of reds, yellows and oranges and they could show the dahli lama or someone that looks like him bowing.

idk just some ideas, i have more but dont know how to put them into words lol

That's a great description. She should really follow the song. There has to be a subway scene in the song! and water, and a video exchange.
Maybe a dahli lama look a like, but not make it comical.
I want the video to have an ethnic feel. Where we see V in all these different sceneries. With different simple looks. and a choir at the end, where she's facing the camera.

doesn't the song make you think of this red temple amazingly contrasted against a really blue sky? on a mountain somewhere? i love black and white videos, but i feel HOM should be vibrant and colorful.

or maybe dull-colored, sepia-ish during first verse, and then bursting out in that color for the chorus?

The video could be of her walking through New York and all these landmarks and stuff turn into the things she is singing about. I dunno, I have to listen to the song again and then I'll think of a better concept. Come to think of it, my idea sounds kinda like the NF video.
