I would have totally flown to LA for this show if i already didn't have a flight booked to Denver for work

I even went to the extent to see if i could fly from Denver to LA Mon night and make the show, and then fly back to Denver before 8am on Tues... just doesn't seem to be working out for me.

I will be hitting up the NC show tho in April. It's been way too long since I've seen Vanessa.

I'll be thinking about everyone able to go tomorrow night though wishing i could be there

i just found out about the show today thanks to facebook!
i got my tickets too, SO excited!

she always seems to do a show the day before my birthday lol, what a nice present!

It sounds like an amazing show already.

She played the Waltz i think in the beginning... it was hard to hear as everyone was pretty excited it sounded like.

new song was called "fair-weather friend." it was AWESOME. so far i like it better than london. the last song was Home. this made me cry. i miss my family so much!
vanessa is fucking gorgeous and brilliant and just shines onstage. i can't believe so long has past since i listened to her.
it was wonderful to meet nicole and let. you ladies are so classy! i hope we can do it again soon

yeah it was lovely, the gist of it was, she knows the guy is cheating but he says he's not so she says okay you're right you're not. at least that's what i gathered from the chorus. and then after she was done she said she didn't want to have that attitude anymore.
i was actually quite happy to not hear ATM or OD, unless she played them after i left. either way, they don't define her anymore nor do they have to. she has moved onto new things and hits like these seem like they would eventually become a burden.
we scored free parking on cahuenga and came back just in time to notice we were actually in a tow-away zone and the T&P guy was ticketing us to be towed. nice!
this is a 10 min drive for me and therefore she can play there as often as she likes
