where/when was this performance ?

hey, just a question maybe someone here can figure it out... I hope.
where and/or when was this performance ?

as far as I know this is the only recording existing where Vanessa (by herself) performs My Best as piano+vocal.

I think it was on the roof of that hotel... you know... which one we could watch it online... :)
