I don't think it's her. It's from the Nolita Fairytale music video. The part when the lady throws her hair out the window.

ahh thanks.  I really haven't watched the NF video many times (sacrilege!) so I thought he was implying that was her when I didn't think it was!

Nah, this is almost 10 years old.

I used to be obsessed with TLC when I was younger, so it was a nice surprise seeing them pictured together. ^_^
