I just checked and there are indeed two versions(one for 99 cents and the other for 1.29$). Very strange... I listened to the preview for the 1.29$ version and it didn't sound any different.

Maybe it was originally meant to be 1.29$(like most singles) and they're correcting it now? I wonder if they'll remove the cheaper version from the store.

Hello yes not is different the version is the same it only comes who did the song and vanessa carlton is the composer the previous 0.99 cents not have like know who made the song
